Semester / Vacation

Vi har varit på norra Jylland där dottern spelade fotboll i Danacup. De vann sin grupp, men åkte tyvärr ut i åttondelsfinalen.

We've been to Denmark to watch our daughter play soccer in Danacup. They won their group, but didn't make it further.

Vi passade på att besöka en insandad fyr, Rubjerg Knude. Vi har varit där tidigare, för 15 år sedan. Dynerna hade flyttat sig en bra bit inåt land sedan dess.


We went to see a lighthouse, Rubjerg Knude, that has partially been covered by sand dunes. The dunes hade moved inwards since last time we visited (15 years ago...)

Och så var vi till Nordsjömuséet och såg klumpfisken, bl.a. Nej, jag vet inte vem flickan på bilden är, men tyckte att det såg så fint ut när hon kröp jäms med fisken.



And we visited the North Sea Museum and saw the sun-fish, among other things. No, I do not know who the girl on the picture is, but find the view delightful, where she crawls side by side with the fish.

Sockor och vändbar väska / Socks and reversible bag

Mina julisockor för Socktopia är färdiga. Mönster från Rowan, liksom garnet (Calmer). En vändbar väska att ge bort i födelsedagspresent har det också blivit.

My July socks for Socktopia are finished. Pattern from Rowan, aswell as the yarn (Calmer). A reversible bag to give away as a birthday present has also been finished.

Lite tyst... / Somewhat quiet...

Det är lite tyst i bloggen just nu. Det både sys och stickas, men ingenting tycks bli färdigt...

It's somewhat quiet in the blog just now. Both quilting and knitting is done, but nothing seems to be finished...
